Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All physical books are shipped from the United States using USPS and UPS, depending on your chosen method at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Daniela ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing times vary depending on order volume, signed items, and product type. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can stalk your package like it’s your next book boyfriend.

Returns & Damages

Do you accept returns?

No. Due to the nature of books and limited inventory, we do not accept returns unless your item qualifies for a damage replacement (see below).

Can I exchange my item for a different one?

No. Exchanges are not offered at this time, so please ensure you select the correct format, edition, and quantity before checking out.

What counts as “damage” and what doesn’t?

We want you to love your books, and if something arrives in a condition that truly affects your reading experience, we’ll make it right. Below is a clear guide to what qualifies as damage and what falls within normal production standards for indie books.

🟢 What does count as damage. We’ll happily review a replacement request if your book has any of the following:
- Tears, cuts, or scratches over 1cm on the front cover, spine, or dust jacket
- Marks or residue over 1cm that cannot be wiped away
- Crushed corners or dents larger than 1cm
- Multiple ripped or bent pages that affect readability
- Major production issues like missing foil, misprints, missing finishes, or incorrect interior printing

If you believe your book qualifies, please submit clear photos within 7 days of delivery via the contact form.

🔴 What doesn’t count as damage
- Books are printed, foiled, sprayed, and packed by hand — and tiny imperfections are part of the charm. The following are not considered defects:
- Small blemishes or minor scuffs on the back cover or dust jacket
- Tiny white specks or superficial scratches on sprayed edges
- Slight bleeding of sprayed edges onto the page block
- Minor creases at the spine or corner bumps under 1cm
- Light page waviness that doesn’t affect readability

Will my books be signed?

Yes! Daniela signs all physical books ordered directly from her website unless otherwise noted. Some special editions may include additional perks like sprayed edges, foil, or exclusive designs.

Can I buy ebooks & audiobooks directly from Daniela?

Where do I get my digital downloads?
